Welcome to Passion Finders! We are Ken and Diane Kasterko. We have been married almost 21 years and have two children who are 12 and 10. Our backgrounds are in both business and ministry. We live in one of the most beautiful places in the world -- Reno, Nevada. Lake Tahoe and the eastern Sierra are our backyard.
Passion Finders is the umbrella organization that will grow to encompass both for-profit and non-profit activities. Activities such as, Passion Finders - the book, Impact Life Coaching, Seminars and Conferences and online resources. Our mission is to help people find their passions in life, and go from where they are to where they want to be.
We have met a lot of people recently who seem know that there should be more to their lives than the lives they are currently living. Sometimes they cannot quite put their finger on it, but they believe there must be more for them, their family, their career or their ministry. Unless people discover their true identity and uncover their passions they will likely continue looking for the formula, self-help book, mentor, bible study or church for the answers. Some answers can be found in all of these places, but many people eventually give up. We are passionate about watching people find hope and freedom. People doing what they were created for are powerful. When people identify their passions and are free to be the person they were created to be, hope becomes real and the future becomes an adventure. We are living an adventure, and we invite you to do the same.
